Phase One.
Contact me via email or telephone to schedule a 30 minute free consultation.
Phase Two.
Discussion of where you are, how you got there, where you want to be, and how to get there. Both parties will then determine whether or not it makes sense to go on to the next phase.
Phase Three.
Determination of what level of Career Coaching is best for you and what services are appropriate.
Phase Four.
Internet-based Personal Behavioral Survey (if appropriate and selected) and analysis of results.
Phase Five.
Accomplishment of services selected and mutual determination of the need for additional coaching.
Satisfaction is guaranteed. Fees are fully refundable if you feel the value added does not equal or exceed the cost.
